Hi, I’m Sharon. I’m a Mindful Behaviour Coach; and I want to help you get out of your head and into your life with a sense of peace, empowerment and connectivity both with your inner wise self and with the world around you.
I want to show you how to step out of your limiting beliefs, fear and anxiety so you can be inspired to start living a full, meaningful life with vitality and freedom.
I specialise in behaviour coaching, burnout prevention.

MINDFUL BEHAVIORAL COACHING?
As an internationally recognized board-certified behavior analyst and having a Masters degree in psychology myself, it was an easy decision for me to blend the two disciplines together in working with my clients.
I practice the art and science of blending mainstream coaching and actual behavior change methods. The process involves helping you become more self-aware and uncover negative behaviours that stand in the way of living in alignment with your goals and values in the present.
I bring your focus and energy not to your past but to your present, where life is happening right now.
And because behavior analyst is very focused on observable outcomes, I help you achieve just that by looking at how you can get from where you are now to where you want to be, in actionable steps.
On the other hand, my background in psychology will help you build a strong foundation on which to make conscious and mindful choices to overcome obstacles, in spite of fears or other mental blocks.
Together, as a team, I help you find solutions to problems that lead to a lack of confidence and burnout.

I believe if we each spent more time doing all three of these things, in unison, we would find a profound shift within us that would reflect in the world around us too, things like greater harmony, peace, tolerance, understanding, compassion and connection.
Applying these three principles to our life and all that we do reminds us of our sacred duty to our humanity.
