Evidence shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety and stress. Being mindful also encourages self-awareness, connectivity within the workplace, emotional intelligence, creativity, focus and concentration.

However, it is important for staff to learn about why mindfulness works and how to incorporate this in various different way to make it truly a practical experience and tool. My blend of expertise in psychology, behaviour analysis, Eastern philosophies and Mindfulness has culminated in my creation of the MindfulTude ™ Method which will help teams do just that!

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

While at work, it is hard to stop your mind from wandering and daydreaming or from listening to negative thoughts about your job. It becomes especially difficult when you are also dealing with tough situations in your personal life. On top of it all, it can become overwhelming to also deal with stressful situations at work or colleagues.

This one-hour introductory workshop will provide some in-depth information on how our brain works in relation to our struggles to cope with negative feelings and thoughts. It will also provide guidance on how to handle emotions in a more conscious and healthy way, in order to experience a change in the behavioural pattern of our fight-or-flight reactions.

The workshop will also provide staff with some foundational tools to create the mental space necessary for effective decision making, and positive workplace communication

Mindfulness & Self-Care Package employing the MindfulTude Method (8 sessions )

This is a package for a 8 one-hour workshops using the MindfulTude™ method. The MindfulTude™ method is designed to provide a holistic view of how to implement mindfulness and psychology in a way that is educational and empowering for staff. It is created with the intention to inspire staff in digestible formats to promote their mental well-being and self-care in the workplace and beyond.

The package will cover topics such as burnout prevention, self-compassion, value identification, mindful communication, mindfulness in practice, and other important concepts. This training will provide staff with more in-depth tools to create the mental space necessary for effective decision making, deep listening, improved performance, and positive workplace communication.

Together, the aim of the 8 session workshop is to provide comprehensive, practical and integrated practice for all to implement straight away.
